Our Beginnings: A Family’s Vision for Change

The story of Maximum Family Care began with a shared vision within a family to drive positive change. This collective desire culminated in the official establishment of Maximum Family Care LLC in 2016. At its core, the organization was founded by family members dedicated to independently building and strengthening the lives of individuals and communities around them.

Leadership and Governance

Maximum Family Care is guided by an active Board of Directors, bringing together four community members with diverse professional backgrounds. Since our establishment in 2016, our team has collectively amassed over 50 years of dedicated experience in supporting families.

The Expertise of Our Team

The foundation of Maximum Family Care rests on the extensive education and experience of our team members. This includes individuals with backgrounds as a retired Vice President and Executive Vice Provost for Arizona State University (ASU), a high school educator and youth leader, and a dedicated family and child advocate. Our team also includes graduates from esteemed institutions such as Arizona State University, Stanford University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ensuring Quality and Compliance

Our team brings 30 years of experience in high-ranking university administration, a background crucial for ensuring that Maximum Family Care staff consistently meets their contractual obligations and that the agency adheres to all special terms and conditions outlined in our scope of work. This experience is also instrumental in developing and enforcing organizational policies and objectives, guaranteeing we uphold our values and achieve our established goals, alongside the effective delivery of the Family Connection and Nurturing Parenting Programs.

With 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, we are equipped to support families in achieving their optimal well-being. Maximum Family Care recognizes the vital role of mental health in a family’s capacity to cope, adapt, parent effectively, communicate openly, and solve problems constructively. Our aim is to foster emotional health among those we serve, understanding its direct link to increased productivity and more effective caregiving.

Dedicated Supervision for Individualized Support

Our team possesses 11 years of experience in providing effective supervision. This expertise ensures that families receive tailored services that directly address their unique needs. We are committed to providing the right support at the right time, strengthening family protective factors to mitigate the risk of abuse and neglect. Furthermore, our supervision model includes coaching and skill development for our staff, delivered through individual sessions with feedback based on their specific caseloads. Our goal is to cultivate critical thinking and a deep understanding of the core components of both the Family Connections and Nurturing Parent Programs, all while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children and adults we serve.

Extensive Experience in Family and Child Support

Drawing upon 50 years of collective experience working directly with families and children, we are dedicated to motivating and supporting our families at every stage of our programs. This commitment is reflected in the positive alliances we build with the families we serve. Our trained staff are skilled advocates for families and their needs, effectively communicating their concerns and helping them overcome past experiences and barriers to accessing services. While providing this support, we also maintain accountability, guiding families toward achieving the necessary goals for their well-being. Ultimately, we are well-equipped to assist families in making meaningful behavioral changes that enhance their protective capacities and strengthen their protective factors, in addition to connecting them with vital community resources and fostering self-sufficiency.
